Who are we looking for?

Blockville Digital Assets is currently seeking a seasoned and innovative Game Developer to join our exciting new game projects. As a passionate and talented professional, your presence on our team will elevate our game development process to new heights.

In this role, you will be part of our development team, bringing imaginative solutions to life. Your expertise in game engines, graphics systems, physics, and performance optimization will elevate our projects and provide players with an awe-inspiring gaming experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the game development process
• Contribute to game design by analyzing creative and technical specifications
• Develop games using cutting-edge game engines like Unity and Unreal Engine
• Deliver visually stunning experiences by leveraging graphics APIs and shaders
• Optimize game performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth gameplay
• Write high-quality, flexible, and sustainable code, continually improving development processes
• Communicate effectively within the team and participate in project management to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in game development
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in game development
• Strong expertise in Unity and/or Unreal Engine
• In-depth knowledge of game programming languages like C++ and C#
• Profound understanding of graphics APIs, shader programming, and game graphics
• Solid foundation in 3D mathematics and physics
• Up-to-date knowledge of current trends and advancements in the gaming industry
• Creative thinking, innovative problem-solving skills, and a passion for pushing boundaries
• Strong team player with leadership skills and excellent communication abilities
